Steriflow developed the industry’s first check valve for installation specifically in WFI and BioProcess lines.
- Our SVC and SHC Series check valves were designed without sliding stems and springs, eliminating the crevices and particulate generation associated with traditional “sanitary” spring loaded check valves.
- Steriflow also developed the world’s first (and only) BioProcess drain line check valve. Designed for installation in vertical down-flow drains, it will continuously drain process waste without creating a dead-leg. However, if a liquid backs up in the line below the check valve, it will close and prevent upstream contamination.
