Steriflow offers three different styles of heat exchange sample coolers for various installation needs.
Two models of the steam sample coolers are offered with wall mount capability for fixed sample points – one of those with a removable, cleanable tube bundle. The other was developed for installation on mobile sampling carts.
All sampling cooler units feature a single, continuous, unbroken length of tubing (no tubing welds) from sample inlet to outlet and either SF1 or SF4 wetted surface finish insuring that your sample is cooled contaminant free.
We also offer inlet metering SV Series sanitary sample valve so that you can precisely control the flow of media into the cooler.
Capacity of our Sample Coolers:
- Pure/Clean Steam: All models will condense approximately 22 lbs/hr (10 kg/h) of steam from 43.5 psig (3 barg) to 86°F (30°C) condensate with 0.1 l/s of cooling water. The cooling water outlet temperature will
increase from 68°F to 113°F (20°C to 45°C) during
operation at these conditions. - WFI: All models will cool approximately 66 lbs [30 kg/
hr (30L/hr)] of WFI from 185°F(85°C) to 86°F (30°C)
using 0.2 L/s of cooling water at 68°F (20°C).
