CSDT Series – Compact Sanitary Disc Steam Trap
316L Body Construction, 20 Ra µin External Finish, Sizes: 1/2" & 3/4" (DN20) & (DN15)
The CSDT Series condensate steam trap is a 316L polished, stainless steel thermodynamic disc trap, that is compact with a lightweight design and Tri-Clamp® end connections. Though non-sanitary in the traditional sense, the exterior of this disc steam trap is polished to 20 Ra and can be used in clean room environments on plant steam, or non-validated clean steam applications.
CSDT Series steam trap valve is virtually maintenance free with a one-year replacement warranty.

This low to high flow sanitary steam trap can be installed horizontal or vertical in plant steam or non-validated clean steam applications in,

- Solid cast 316L body with 20 Ra μin (0,5 Ra μm) external finish standard
- Size: 1/2″ & 3/4″ (DN15 & DN20)
- Installation Connection Orientation: Vertical (preferred), Horizontal
- Connection Type: ASME BPE tri-clamp
- Max. Allowable Pressure/Temperature: 227 psig (15,6 barg) 842°F (450°C)
- Materials of Construction: Body: casting, AISI 316L; Disc: AISI 316L
- Surface Finish: Internal: as machined and cast; External: 20 Ra μin (0,5 Ra μm) mechanical polish standard, except at junction of threaded cap and body
