Steriflow Sanitary / Hygienic Check Valve Innovations

Steriflow developed the industry’s first check valve specifically for installation in WFI and BioProcess lines.

  • Our SVC and SHC Series sanitary non return valves were designed without sliding stems and springs, eliminating the crevices and particulate generation associated with traditional “sanitary” spring-loaded check valves.
  • Steriflow also developed the world’s first (and only) BioProcess drain line check valve. Designed for installation in vertical down-flow drains, it continuously drains process waste without creating a dead-leg. If liquid backs up in the line below the check valve, it closes to prevent upstream contamination.
