Unlike traditional regulators adapted for biopharma, the JSR Series clean compressed air and gas pressure reducing valves are designed from the ground up to eliminate exposed threaded connections and contaminant traps below the diaphragm. It features an in-line removable trim set for quick cleaning and maintenance without valve removal.
The valve body and trim are machined from ASTM A479 316L stainless steel and finished to ASME BPE SF5 (20 Ra, electropolished) standards.
Equipped with a durable Jorlon diaphragm and FDA-approved, USP Class VI compliant seats and seals (Teflon, PEEK, or EPDM), the JSR Series high purity gas pressure regulators withstands SIP and CIP processes. The EPDM seat also reduces lockup to less than 2.5 psig.
From sterile gas blanketing for stainless and single use vessels sized 2 L and larger, to bioreactor sparge or incubator regulation and high flow for air drying after sanitization, our PRV and BPRV range has your application covered.
