SSC Series The SSC, Sanitary Subcooled Condenser is a patent pending sanitary condensate chamber and steam trap assembly that was designed to eliminate temperature sensor faults associated with condensate backup immediately upstream of the clean steam trap, and to minimize the space required for the 12" to 18" downcomer (drip leg) traditionally installed between SIP temperature sensors and sanitary steam traps. It is ASME BPE 2009 compliant, being constructed of ASTM A479 316L barstock, fully drainable, and polished to SF1, 20 Ra uin (0,5 Ra um), or optionally to SF5, 20 Ra uin electropolish.
SSC Series Value Proposition
1. The SSC will reduce Average Annual SIP time, by increasing process availability by eliminating temperature sensor faults associated with condensate backup.

2. The SSC can reduce Project Capital Expenses (CAPex) on new or retrofit installations:by allowing preassembled, bag and tag installations
