Steriflow Valve Introduces A New Line of Ultra-High Purity Pressure Reducing Valves
The J-Pure sanitary pressure regulator is ideally suited for reducing pressure of high purity gases commonly found in biotech and pharmaceutical applications.
The durable valve body and metal trim components are machined from 316 SST barstock and mechanically polished to 20Ra (ASME BPE SF2) micro-inch as a standard surface finish. The valve is outfitted with the proprietary Jorlon diaphragm - an FDA approved, USP Calss VI compiant material which provides superior accuracy and longevity compared to other diaphragm materials. This makes the J-Pure ideal for the wide range of hug purity gas applications found in bio-pharma plants such as clean filtered air, nitrogen purge systems, process blanket, gas or process gasses.
The J-Pure is a high capacity, high turndown regulator which eliminates the need for reduced trim designs. The materials of construction also enable J-Pure to withstand the rigors of SIP and CIP processes.
